Biomedical Vendor Exhibits

Please note that the NIH does not coordinate vendor registration or payments. 

This vendor portion of our Research Festival is coordinated entirely by the Technical Vendor Association (TVA) and Recreation and Welfare Association, Inc. (R & W.) 

Below is a general overview of our anticipated vendor event.

Location: This annual fall biomedical vendor event is on the NIH Bethesda campus, in the NIH Clinical Center, Building 10, specifically in the South Lobby and on the FAES Terrace. We will have 60 to 80 vendors exhibiting their wares. (Note that 6-foot-long skirted tables were offered to vendors on a first-come, first-served basis via a request through the Technical Vendors Association. All spaces have been reserved.)

Dates/Times: The biotech vendor portion of the 2026 Research Festival is Thursday, September 17, and Friday, September 18. Related to our Research Festival is the NIH Green Labs Fair on Wednesday, September 16, in the Building 10 South Lobby.

Commercial Vendor Workshops: Back by Popular Demand

As noted above, the Research Festival will feature scientific workshops hosted by commercial vendors, the TVA, and NIH R&W. These workshops will be held on September 17 and 18, offer NIH scientific staff the opportunity to learn about new tools and techniques.
