Vendor Exhibit Information

We encourage NIH staff to attend our annual Vendor Exhibit Show on both September 24 and September 25 to meet with representatives from more than 150 companies specializing in biomedical tools and services. There will be a different set of vendors on each day.

This is our largest vendor event of the year! Please come by to see new products that can take your research to the next level. You can also attend vendor workshops concurrent to the table exhibits.

This vendor portion of our Research Festival is coordinated entirely by the Technical Vendors Association (TVA). 

Attention Vendors: All slots for tables and workshops are now filled. However, if you register your information at https://technicalvendor.com/contact, the TVA can add you to the waiting list. Please note that the NIH is not coordinating vendor registration or payments. 

Below is a general overview of our anticipated vendor event.

Location: This annual fall biomedical vendor event is on the NIH Bethesda campus, in the NIH Clinical Center, Building 10, specifically in the South Lobby and on the FAES Terrace. We will have 60 to 80 vendors exhibiting their wares. (Note that 6-foot-long skirted tables were offered to vendors on a first-come, first-served basis via a request through the Technical Vendors Association. All spaces have been reserved.)

Dates/Times: The biotech vendor portion of the 2024 Research Festival is Tuesday, September 24, and Wednesday, September 25. Related to our Research Festival is the NIH Green Labs Fair on Thursday, September 26, in the Building 10 South Lobby.

Commercial Vendor Workshops: Back by Popular Demand

As noted above, the Research Festival will feature more than 20 scientific workshops hosted by commercial vendors, the TVA, and NIH R&W. These workshops, on September 24 and 25, offer NIH scientific staff the opportunity to learn about new tools and techniques.
