The vendor portion of our Research Festival will be coordinated entirely by the Technical Vendors Association (TVA). NIH staff is welcome to attend this two-day event featuring 150+ vendors.
Attention Vendors: Contact TVA to reserve a table for this event. Their contact information is at the bottom of this page. The NIH is not coordinating vendor registration or payments.
Below is a general overview of our anticipated vendor event.
Location
Our space is limited to the South Lobby and indoor terrace in NIH Building 10 on the Bethesda campus. We envision space (i.e., 6-foot-long skirted tables) for 60 to 80 vendors per day. Tables will be offered to vendors on a first-come, first-served basis via submission of an application through the newly formed Technical Vendors Association.
Dates/Times
This biotech vendor portion of the Research Festival will be confined to Wednesday, September 20, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Thursday, September 21, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. However, we welcome our vendor partners to mingle with NIH staff from September 18–21 when we will host a series of lectures and poster sessions.
Commercial Vendor Workshops – New!
As a new component of the Research Festival Biotech Vendor Show, we will host a limited number of workshops from commercial vendors. These scientific workshops will offer an opportunity for NIH scientific staff to learn about new tools and techniques. These, too, will be coordinated entirely by the TVA..
