Poster Abstract Submission Form

Poster submission deadline: Friday, July 18, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. ET.

The 2025 NIH Research Festival will feature poster sessions on the FAES Terrace of Building 10. We will hold four 90-minute sessions on September 9, 2025, with up to 100 posters per session.

Sessions will be grouped by Scientific Focus Areas. Poster presenters must be part of or otherwise collaborating with the NIH intramural research community.

Once you submit your abstract, it will be reviewed to be sure it meets general NIH guidelines of being concise, clearly structured, and focused on the research's relevance, methods, results, and conclusions. You will receive notice of your assignment in one of the four sessions by late August.
