AIM is a trans-NIH shared resource that houses, operates, disseminates, and improves next-generation, non-commercial, prototype optical imaging systems. Our current microscope set includes fast structured illumination (ISIM), light sheet (DISPIM), and single molecule microscopy, but will soon expand to include high throughput microscopy and interferometric photoactivated localization microscopy (IPALM). We also provide image processing and analysis support.
