NIDDK's Advanced Mass Spectrometry Facility primarily supports NIDDK PI's and those who collaborate with them. We still have capacity available on our two Orbitrap instruments. We offer two analysis products to the general NIH community to help recover costs of our operations. The first is a basic analysis of a SilverQuest stained gel band. The second is a proteome profile relative quantitation of two (or three) samples. The poster describes the two products in terms of the sample requirements, the form and extent of analysis available for them and suggestions for ways in which they might be especially useful. Controls and real application examples are included and handouts will be available.
